In Brampton, condo sales dropped 46.3% with average prices falling 7.5% to $399,331. Overall home sales fell 3.9% to 498 transactions, with average prices slightly down to $885,702. Freehold townhouses saw a 10.4% sales increase, while condo townhouses had a 5.4% price rise. Detached home sales slowed, with longer market times. Peel Region's market cooled, with sales down 9.8% and prices dropping 5.8% to about $910,000.
