Out of 267 neighbourhoods analyzed, 97% saw homes sell below their listed price, and only 1% matched the asking price. Bidding wars, once a hallmark of our local market, are now few and far between. What\u2019s especially interesting for both single-family and condo buyers: the gap is narrowing. 95% of single-family neighbourhoods and 98% of condo areas saw underbidding. With 4,200 homes sold, 79% changed hands below asking\u2014up from 78% early in Q3. For those navigating the GTA\u2019s evolving landscape, it\u2019s a quieter time than we\u2019ve seen in a while.
